I have a suspicion that DBeaver creates a whole new Kerberos context with the supplied information and ignores the system one. I realise that there appears to be some duplication with the system kerberos and JavaKerberos - I was not expecting to have to supply my credentials again in DBeaver as they're already supplied at the system level. I was then able to connect to the SQL Server using the 'Windows Authentication' method. In the "User Properties" (on the same page), creating properties for "USER=" and "PASSWORD=".In "Driver Properties" for the connection, setting the Driver Properties "authenticationScheme=javaKerberos", "integratedSecurity=true".I was eventually able to connect by doing the following: I added it to the classpath but the error saying it could not be found persisted. The 'sqljdbc_auth.dll' thing appears to be Windows-specific - those DLL's are distributed as part of the JDBC driver download if you get it from the Microsoft download center, whereas i'm pretty sure the version distributed with DBeaver is the fully open source version.Īnyway - its not required. I had this exact problem and stumbled across this thread, so I thought i'd record my solution in case someone else also has this problem. With the Microsoft driver it's more onimous because it's asking for a DLL, which isn't ever going to be found on a Linux system, but in any case I don't seem to have anything named sqljdbc_auth on my system: exec.DBCConnectException: I/O Error: GSS Failed: No valid credentials provided (Mechanism level: Failed to find any Kerberos tgt)Īt .(JDBCDataSource.java:191)Īt .(GenericDataSource.java:126)Īt .(JDBCExecutionContext.java:79)Īt .(JDBCDataSource.java:115)Īt .(GenericDataSource.java:108)Īt .(SQLServerDataSource.java:43)Īt .(SQLServerDataSource.java:35)Īt .(SQLServerDataSourceProvider.java:123)Īt .nnect(DataSourceDescriptor.java:752)Īt .(ConnectJob.java:70)Īt .$n(ConnectionWizard.java:216)Īt .(AbstractJob.java:95)Īt .(Worker.java:56)Ĭaused by: : I/O Error: GSS Failed: No valid credentials provided (Mechanism level: Failed to find any Kerberos tgt)Īt .TdsCore.login(TdsCore.java:654)Īt .JtdsConnection.(JtdsConnection.java:371)Īt .nnect(Driver.java:184)Īt .(JDBCDataSource.java:177)Ĭaused by: java.io.IOException: GSS Failed: No valid credentials provided (Mechanism level: Failed to find any Kerberos tgt)Īt .ndMSLoginPkt(TdsCore.java:1976)Īt .TdsCore.login(TdsCore.java:617) ![]() 15:14:29.316 - .exec.DBCConnectException: I/O Error: GSS Failed: No valid credentials provided (Mechanism level: Failed to find any Kerberos tgt) Re-open and test Third-Party Application to see if the issue has been successfully solved. We also recommend running a registry scan to clean up any invalid dbeaver.exe references which could be cause of the error.Įxecutable Files that are the Windows Executable File format typically carry the EXE file suffix. ![]() If your EXE file is suffering from one of those troubles, replacing it with a fresh file should resolve the issue. EXE problems with dbeaver.exe most often stem from a corrupt or missing executable file, which often occur duing the startup of Third-Party Application.
